Q1: What's the standard length of your profiles and tube?
A: Standard profile and tube lengths are 5800mm to accommodate small containers. We can also cut to specific lengths; however, a surcharge for machining and material scrap cost will be applied accordingly based on each individual invoice.
Q2: What's your MOQ?
A: We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for new customers. However, a surcharge of USD 80 will apply to all orders under USD 1000 to cover custom handling costs.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, with T/T being the preferred payment method.
Q4: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
A: Lead times are 1-3 working days for small orders and 3-10 working days for mass production of materials. Final lead times will be specified on each individual invoice.
